Das AGCW-Telegramm wird jeweils montags um 1800UTC auf 3563kHz +/- QRM
von einer AGCW-Leitstation gesendet, anschliessend Bestaetigungsverkehr
('ZAP'). Wer sich vor der Aussendung anmeldet, erhaelt eine Nummer, mit
der er zum ZAP-Traffic aufgerufen wird. Meist wird ein Sonder-DOK vergeben.
