Why stuck with such obsolete software?!
WinFBB7.01 was never finalized, very beta and limited version.
AGWPE too known as not best.

Suggest you to look for BPQ32 node bbs software
and as soundcard packet modem s/w best one is UZ7HO soundmodem or G8BPQ QTSM.

All download links and docs should be well founded in internet search...
