I'm saddened to announce that Dave Struebel, WB2FTX, became a silent key on
July 30. He was one of the RRI founders and a pioneer in the creation of the
Digital Traffic Network. I was fortunate that he was a personal friend and my
mentor when I started with DTN. He nominated me as STM for the NNJ section
when he was ready to pass the appointment on.
