Local 2M FM voice repeater is intermittently receiving an APRS (UI) 
burst indicating   VA3MA>TS3Y0T WIDE-1,WIDE2-1 (UI)  for quite some
time now.  We've contacted VA3MA who says he is not in our area but
has sold various radios in the past but no longer knows to whom.
I suspect this may be some sort of digital (Fusion etc) capable unit
but would like to know if there's a way to IDENT the type via the 
TS3Y0T portion of the burst.  Any specific help or links to find this
info appreciated.
