From some time ago this DLL included inside bpq code, so no external file.

Suggest you to use Soundmodem, not old AGW.

(no install need, just download to some folder and run, setup is easy!)

For user access ports and/or forward better to use this driver:

Its works perfect and use full power of soundmodem where used its
improved internal software tnc.

Also possible to use KISS driver to Soundmodem via socket (tcp) interface:

Look for: KISS over TCP in above link.
Also look for option KISSOPTIONS=ACKMODE 

In this mode Soundmodem will just take/give packets to BPQ
and BPQ process them, but its even little improved over old kiss mode too.
This driver also support netrom nodes broadcast/linking.
