I used to see PE1RRR's nodes until recently and found out who still had his route configured. After talking to him, he removed them, and they never showed up on my node list again, but there may be others still around that I don't see.
Good practice though, to look into your CFG file and remove those that are not active anymore if you know them.

Hello,
i see old routes beeing broadcasted in the network. Please delete old
routes that nore exsist. Update your CFG and delete saved files.
For example, i see PE1RRR-7 (sk) beeing broadcasted, but he is no longer qrv for a long time now.
