It'd be nice to have them send a bulletin on the matter, but nearly all the packet application developers out there today DO NOT POST to BULLETINS too. Tho that is rather a status quo in developer culture to not send communications. And with that you'd think a packet developer would, as we say here, Eat their own dog food.
