CAPE VERDE, D4. Helmut, DD0VR is QRV as D4VR from Sao Tiago Island, IOTA AF-005,

Bagration, a major World War II offensive by the Red Army to liberate Belarus
from fascist occupation. This includes being active in the CQ Worldwide WPX

MARTINIQUE, FM. Francis, F6BWJ, is QRV as FM/F6BWJ from Sainte Luce until
March 23. Activity is mostly on 12 and 10 meters using CW. QSL via LoTW.
SARDINIA, IS0. Members of ARI Porto Torres and Radio Club Coros are QRV as
IR0SAR until February 18 for the Sardinian Carnival events. Activity is on
