Syntax: PWO(NLY) [ 0 | 1 ]
(default: 0)
Sets the password status of a CB-BCMNET mailbox:
0 = users who have set their MyBBS to this mailbox get a full login.
1 = only users who have a password get a full login.
All other users are logged in as guest.
